Yup! A lady was even holding the door open for a while while I was throwing napkins and my drink cup away. When we finally came over to the door, I said, "Aren't you going out?" "I was holding the door open for YOU," she said. I'm sure she wasn't complaining about it but she was holding the door like 5 minutes in advance. "Anna likes to open the door herself, thank you so much," I said, and the lady had to let go.
I'M MEAN. (Actually in this case I felt like I was kind of mean, but I still won.)
Is it Anna?

Awesome. TBH I don't even see how that's mean.
DeleteThat is so not mean; that is awesome.
DeleteYay!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations. That's called being assertive - without being aggressive OR mean.
ReplyDeleteI hope Anna enjoys opening the door herself - and all the other things you two can find for her to do.
